Shaggar Investment Group (SIG) was established under Oromia National Regional State Regulation No.238/2016 E.C. Its mandate is to boost economic growth, close market gaps, and support Shaggar City’s transformation into a smart, digital, and green city. It serves as a strategic hub linking public, private, and community sectors for inclusive prosperity.
SIG operates across seven portfolios:
